Pine Point Mining Limited is the Joint Venture between Appian Capital Advisory and Osisko Metals holding the Pine Point Project in Northwest Territories in Canada. Pine Point is a former producing zinc-lead project with substantial resource development upside, benefitting from its strategic location in Canada, desirable concentrate characteristics and access to international concentrate markets through high-quality infrastructure, including Class I railway access.

Zinc and lead are attractive markets given the critical role both metals play within the global economy with essential applications in infrastructure, automotive or construction as well as an increasingly important role in the energy transition.

• Tier-1 mining jurisdiction with access to international concentrate markets via Class I rail
• Significant resource development upside supported by a historical geological database of >18,500 drill holes (>1million meters of historical drilling) representing significant sunk cost
