INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Roxgold Inc. (“Roxgold”) is a gold producer, developer and explorer active in Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire. Roxgold’s flagship Yaramoko operation in Burkina Faso consists of two high-grade underground gold mines, the first of which achieved commercial production in 2016. The second mine, Bagassi South, was self-funded from operating cash flow and completed under-budget and on-time, entering commercial production in September 2019. Roxgold achieved record annual production in 2019 of 142koz and expects to produce between 120-130koz in 2020, with an anticipated mine life of 5+ years based on Reserves¹.

The Company maintains an active focus on near-mine and regional exploration opportunities across its prospective landholding in the Houndé Greenstone belt and, following the acquisition of the Séguéla Project in early 2019, has a highly attractive organic growth pipeline in Côte d’Ivoire. Roxgold has undertaken a successful exploration campaign at Séguéla and is targeting the delivery of a PEA on an open pit project by mid-2020 as well as further defining the regional upside across its entire 3,000km²+ land position.

Appian has supported and worked with Roxgold since the Preliminary Economic Assessment study phase at Yaramoko.
