Appian has provided Empress Royalty Corp. (TSXV: EMPR) with a senior secured loan facility of up to US$75 million, with an initial draw of US$55 million, to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Empress is a precious metals royalty and streaming company based in Vancouver, Canada. It structures new royalty and stream agreements with small to mid-tier mining companies whose assets are producing or close to production. Empress is led by an experienced management team with a long record of mining finance transactions. Its strategic partners, Endeavour Financial and Terra Capital, give it deal access, structuring expertise and access to capital markets. The company holds a globally diversified portfolio of five cash-flowing precious metals streams and royalties:
