Olivia is Personal Assistant to Appian’s CEO, Michael W. Scherb, and based in the London office.

Olivia joined Appian from adidas where she worked as a Global Events Manager at their headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany. She led a wide range of events across all aspects of the business and with adidas athletes. This involved working with multiple functions across the business to manage product launches, as well as consumer and internal events.

Olivia started her career working in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles. She then went on to work in advertising in London before moving into her true passion of events; at first with agencies in London before moving to adidas in Germany. Olivia has a degree in international business.
