Madi is based in Perth, Australia and is the Executive Assistant for the Australian and Hong Kong offices.

Prior to joining Appian, Madi was a legal assistant and paralegal to multiple senior legal professionals, providing support by coordinating emails, diaries and travel management, managing accounts, case and client files, preparing documents and ensuring smooth communication between clients, solicitors and courts.

Before that she spent 8 years working within administration and customer services across various industries.
