Charles Moorman is a member of Appian’s Financial Team based in Perth, Australia. Charles focuses on investment origination and evaluation, transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Appian, Charles worked in mining-focused investment banking and advisory roles. Charles was most recently a member of Macquarie Capital’s Critical Minerals and Energy team where he worked on both the origination and execution of major M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to Macquarie Capital, Charles worked within Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Investment Banking Division covering Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
