Victoria is a member of Appian’s Technical Team in London where she focuses on technical due diligence in the investment pipeline as well as operational workstreams within Appian portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Appian, Victoria worked as a Senior Geologist with Barrick Gold focused on Resource and Reserve evaluation, site team management, geologic modelling and Resource growth at Hemlo. She held prior roles within Barrick Gold specializing in underground mine geology, quality control, drill management, and frontline supervision. Prior to Barrick, Victoria contributed to greenfields exploration across Canada and northern Finland.

Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree Geology from McMaster University and Masters of Science Geology from McGill University, Canada.
