Mathias J. Iranzo Conde is Appian’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He joined Appian in 2025 and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters.

Mr. Iranzo Conde previously practiced as an M&A attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, Paris and Hong Kong, advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and strategic investments. He also held senior legal roles within sovereign and private institutions in the Middle East.

Mr. Iranzo Conde holds a master’s from Sciences Po and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
