Brian has over 17 years of experience in banking and finance, most recently as the Chief Banking Officer at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, where he led over $30B of board-authorized investments, the most EXIM has done since 2012, and helped return EXIM to profitability for the U.S. taxpayer for the first time in a decade.  Brian was instrumental in the creation of the Project Vault critical mineral reserve as well as in numerous critical minerals investments undertaken by EXIM during his tenure.

Prior to EXIM, Brian held investment roles at BroadWest Capital, Coatue Management, and General Atlantic.  Brian began his career in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs in New York City.

A military brat with a father in the U.S. Air Force, Brian grew up living across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics and a Certificate in Finance.
