Charles Moorman is a member of Appian’s Investment Team. Charles focuses on investment origination and evaluation, transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Appian, Charles worked in mining-focused investment banking and advisory roles. Charles was most recently a member of Macquarie Capital’s Critical Minerals and Energy team where he worked on both the origination and execution of major M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to Macquarie Capital, Charles worked within Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Investment Banking Division covering Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
