Milos is the Chief Financial Officer of Base Metals at Appian. Milos has over a decade of experience in energy and natural resources private equity and corporate finance. He joined Appian in 2022 and was part of the Investment Team where he oversaw investment evaluation, transaction execution and portfolio management before transitioning to his current position as CFO of Base Metals.

Prior to joining Appian, Milos spent five years at Kerogen Capital, a private equity fund focused on the energy sector, where he was jointly responsible for transaction execution and portfolio management. He began his career at Barclays Investment Bank where he spent three years in the Natural Resources Team, primarily working on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Milos holds a Master of Science in International Business from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University.
