Romina is based in Peru and is the Executive Assistant to Guillermo Kaelin, Managing Partner, while also covering North and South America for Appian.

Prior to joining Appian, Romina was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Backus, the largest Brewery in Peru. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant of Audit Partners at PwC. Romina has over 10 years of experience working as a personal assistant and has a diploma in Organization of Events at the Isil Institute.
